Someday, the altered art you make today will be
old, faded, falling apart, and someone else will salvage the bits and use them
in new altered art.It's the best that any piece of art can hope for

Happy Birthday.......


To the Sunday Stamper challenge which this week is 'Birthday's' funnily enough. Hels who runs this challenge on her blog has also done a tutorial on Gingersnap Creations about Resist Techniques, go take a look and have a go (but finish reading this first LOL)

I have incorporated two of the techniques with this weeks challenge and have done a Birthday Hangy thing for a friend's birthday this week.

Hopefully she won't take a peek at my blog before then... don't think so, cos I am pretty sure she is not au fait with blogland!

So if you fancy it have a go at Hels Challenge as she has some lovely Blog Candy on offer as a Birthday treat

    I love this fiesty old dear...she looks like she doesn't care about her age..I have her and a few of her friends too...somewhere in my pile of UM stamps...thanks for reminding me to use her LOL Bet your friend will LOVE this hanging piece, the sentiment is fab and I just love it...thanks for joinin in with the Sunday Stamper and...thank you for your lovley comments about the tutorial :O))
