Dream......

A great textural effect simply made with paper tissue's and PVA glue. The glue was applied liberally to fairly thick cardstock, the tissue was scrunched up and then laid onto to card, I then painted over the tissue with Acrylic paint..... you can leave the PVA to dry if you want to but I'm far too impatient to do that! In this case I also sprayed the card with Adirondack inks, the inks seem to react with the paint and give a nice effect. Holes were then punched into the card and beads and wire were added. 'Dream' embellishment was made with shrink plastic.. either stamp or write the word on it before you shrink it, attached with a brad.

I often apply this technique to an A4 size bit of card and then chop it into slightly smaller than ATC size and mount it onto another piece of true ATC size card, the smaller border makes all the difference!.
