This is a tribute to Boris, my friendly spider who happily lived outside my window for several weeks, that is until Mrs Bessie came to stay and made me get rid of him, even though there was a double glazed window in between them - poor Boris...
This is yet another project as a result of the Evil Elixir course I am doing with Andy Skinner. I chose to do a glass jar this time instead of a bottle and masked off a circle on the glass which I left unpainted, so you can see right inside the jar, or should I say lots of faces are peeking out at you!
As you can see I am still having a lot of fun on this course!
Thank you to everyone who left kind wishes and emailed me about my poor dog Marzie. She is now home from the vets after having a long and complicated operation on her leg. She dislocated and fractured her hip and tore the ligaments and cartilages in her knee, so was in a bad way. We will be forever grateful to her vets for saving her leg and hopefully giving her back a good quality of life. Still a long way to go but she is getting a bit better everyday
Here she is looking very sorry for herself, oh those sad dog eyes get me every time!
Love what you have done with the bottle course! Great fun isn't it, I did it last time round. HUGS to your poor pooch!

ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful blog. I was looking at your bottles, the one with the spider and web are awesome!! I love to take something old and beat up and make it into something new also. I am so glad that I found you. I am going to follow you so that I can pop on often. I am glad to hear that your girl is doing better. She did look pitiful in the picture.
