Meet Monty...

This was Monty in a previous life, he has made a bit of a Journey though and now looks like this......

He has taken quite a while to make only because he has changed personality several times from conception to birth. Unfortunately he didn't come with movable joints, so he has been blasted with a heat gun, melted and reformed. At the NEC i bought some exciting stuff called Paverpol, which is a fabric hardener, the cloak and book are fabric soaked in this stuff. Great fun, if not rather messy. The Book is titled 'It's Never too late' always optimistic is our friend Monty, he still thinks he has time to learn, or is he laughing at the irony?? The bit of driftwood was a prize find from our Holiday in the summer, (driftwood is hard to find in this part of the world, and is a prized commodity, much more than Grungeboard so be grateful Heidi!!) I originally thought it would end up as some kind of sign as it looks like it has a finger pointing somewhere, but Monty did need somewhere to sit. The Birdcage has a small bird 'shrine' in it that I bought from 3djean (great site!), it was rather smaller than i expected it to be when i bought it, but it's perfect for on here. Another buy from 3djean was the 'Curiouser and Curiouser' stamp inside the book, I also bought a fab fish skeleton stamp, but couldn't' find a home for it on here.

Well H, if you don't like it tough, I'll get out the reserve pressie of a box of Pondland Choccies!

PS.... can anyone spot an unmentionable product that I actually BOUGHT (ie paid good money for) and used on here!??
