Look what someone made me.....

Well not 'someone' but Sir Tim Holtz!
Heidi and I had a very interesting day at the Craft Hobby and Stitch international show yesterday, saw some interesting new products and met some interesting people.

He was showcasing his new Grungepaper, which looks like it is going to be full of loads of possibilities. Can't wait until it is launched in this country, which is fairly soon. Trust me if you like Grungeboard, you are going to LOVE Grungepaper!

What a nice chap he is too with a sense of humour, I think his comment 'I can feel the lurve...' when Heidi and I were doing our usual bickering (well Heidi was, I was doing the 'ooo' 'ahh' 'mmmmm' 'yes tim' bit) is a quote we won't forget LOL

Suze Weinburg was there as well and asked if she could take a mould of my 'awesome' pendant (the silver clay one further down my blog) which she did and made me a utee brooch in return, which I think will go on my alphabet thingy.

Now whatever Heidi says..... she didn't want a mould of her pendant LOL

Was also great to meet Lisa Pavelka who if you haven't heard of her does some great stuff with Polymer clay (amongst other stuff)

So all in all a great day and we came away with loads of ideas for the YCJ workshops in April..... must be away to have a peek at all the broucheres we brought home with us
