Someday, the altered art you make today will be
old, faded, falling apart, and someone else will salvage the bits and use them
in new altered art.It's the best that any piece of art can hope for

Happy Birthday Treacle

well.. that is if she is still talking to me and her much beloved sprung a little surprise on her on Saturday, - I am writing this on Thursday before I make the trip on Friday and scheduling it to post on Monday -
 

It's my best mates Birthday and it is a significant one, but I better not tell you she is 70 cos she will probably kill me (if she hasnt already!) and if you hadnt already guessed I love the daft old bat rather alot!

Had a little play with clay for her birthday
Clay tiles, Mosiac Tiles and metal, embossing powders, mica powders, inka gold, acrylic paint, cosmic shimmers.... well the lot really! Took an age, so she better like it, if she doesnt it would just right in my bedroom!
Naturally she didnt get a normal card from me, I made another star cardy watist like I made for my Daddy's 80th a while back.

and the inside.. well when I say I made it, I had valuable contributions from Matthew, Georgina and Edward,
can you guess which is which LOL
