First Month Done

Of the 2011 Calendar Challenge - take a peek over on my journal mentor Kathryn's Blog  she is the host of this year long challenge. For years I have tried to keep a diary - but never kept it up for more than a few days - mostly there never seemed much to say in the normal humdrum life - but with this journal challenge I can usually find a snippet of my day that is fairly newsworthy. Will make interesting reading for me in 2012!

So here is January's completed page - you can take a nosey if you are nosey!


and here is February's page ready to be filled in......


I have started March's page.. needs a lot more work though, I seem to have several pages in my journal of fairly pleasing backgrounds - I just dont know what to do with them next though - sure inspiration will strike at some point!

Sadly I have decided not to take part in this years OWOH journey - as much as I would like to, life is busy ATM and I wouldn't be able to participate properly ( I have enough trouble visiting the WOYWW desk's) but I hope all of you who have got a ticket for the round the world trip enjoy the ride!

    You are so way ahead of me Nicks, haven't even started February yet........but I am cheating...yep I hold my hands up to this...am not writing in mine, saving that for next year....when hopefully all the months will be done by then........ xx

    Lovely colours and I did have a giggle with some or your notes. Realising how boring my journal is for Jan. will have to try harder or drink more wine when journalling!
