This is how she started out, as one of my daughters old Barbie dolls and a soldered together 'skirt' haven't had my soldering iron out for a while, and although it was a bit tricky it was quite therapeutic after the stresses of Christmas.
Barbs was altered a bit, with the help of a bit of decopatch paper, paverpol and a clay mask, and finally dressed with bits and bobs, some emphermera, stamped polymer clay, altered cork, moulded watsits etc etc...

Well what can I say? She's a bit bonkers but she's just fabby and she's very welcome in this house! Makes me grin every time I look at her. Thank you for letting her come to live with me!

great altered doll..its great that you managed to use the solder that was passed down by your father in law..I am sure he is smiling down at your doll creation!!
