Someday, the altered art you make today will be
old, faded, falling apart, and someone else will salvage the bits and use them
in new altered art.It's the best that any piece of art can hope for

Time is Marching On!

Gosh its less than seven weeks to Hugbinders - time is whooshing by! I have spent the weekend knocking up a few covers for the books - I have done a few different techniques - so hopefully they may give some inspiration to the people coming to the workshop - though I am sure they will all come up with far better ideas and designs!
Remember that if you are ordering a book, every one will be unique and different (that was a stupid thing to say - if they are unique of course they will be different!) 
I am also thinking that since the project I started last week for Hels Sunday Challenge is still on my desk unfinished, that maybe I can enter today's work for today's challenge - the challenge states that you should us texture and stamping - well there is both here, just not the same project - cos the textured boards are unfinished, but if you don't tell Hels I am sure she wont notice!

Anyway I cant sit here chatting to you, I have loads more jobs to do for HB (if you have no idea what I am talking about take a look at our HugBinders Blog - linky on the right hand side.) and I better actually start on my page!!

(PS if you see a postie walking around with a box of water soluble oil pastels in his hand - can you send him here post haste - cos I need them and I need them NOW)

    Fabby covers Nicks, I have made a few samples too. If see your postie with those pastels I might just collect them for you, loving using mine and some are halfway down so I could use a few extra! lol
