You have caught me...... WOYWW

In full creative flow, several sample covers for the HugBinders book - and all the detritus that goes with it... believe it or not, it was messier than this after a session on Sunday and was tidy yesterday, cos I had a major office/craft room sort out... now it was either the sun was out (for those of you who cant remember what sun is, its a big orangey yellow thing occasionally seen in the sky) or the fact that our accountant was visiting and I needed to find some missing paperwork!
Can you see my newest favourite gadget The Cinch? Unfortunately though its my favourite its not mine, its on loan - but its fabaroony - for any of you who are as behind the times as me and don't know what a Cinch is, its like a Bind it All but (IMHO) more versatile as you can choose where and how many holes you want.

Whats across this side - well not alot really just more creative chaos - another unfinished project and a net of artists sponges hanging up that are too nice to use....

Anyway, I cant sit around waffling any longer, I have lunches to pack, slimming classes to attend and packing to do, cos I am off to see Mrs Bessie this weekend as as if that wasn't a treat enough we are off to a workshop by Jennie - whoop whoop I'm excited!!

I hope I can pop by and see you - i'll try my best, but its a busy few days so sorry if I dont get to see you xxx

  1. I feel tired already reading all the things you have done and are doing! I do like the look of the Cinch...perhaps that's something to add to the wish list. Glad all's going well with the Hugbinders,

  16. I thought you'd painted your room - duh! It's a blind!! Your desk looks incredibly sorted to me, I'm not overly used to seeing just one project on there - and cannot wait to hear how you go on at Jennie's class, it'll be fab. Tell Mrs Bessie that I've been thinking of her.

  18. I have a binder too, but I have not yet found it among all my misplaced stash. Once my shelves are all in place, I will excavate it and have a go. I fancy making calendars as pressies for next Christmas for son and daughter with all the family dates on. I have enough photos gathered over the last two years to create something. I am interested to know what the Cinch actually does.

  23. lovely playground. I didn't know you could choose where and how many holes you wanted with the Cinch. But are there different bindings that are wider for use with this machine.

  24. I have a Cinch as well - haven't used it yet, but used one in a class I took & it worked like a dream...what are those papers you stamped on -the ones with the leaves-kinda translucent???

  25. I am so jealous of how much space you have*L* I'm in a smaller studio space so I have three art 'centers' in different areas of the room. A corner shelf that holds my bare minimum supplies (would love ot just collect but don't have the room) my main art table, which is includes many other uses and a nice ikea L-shaped computer desk with keyboard on one side and paint stuff on the other. Ah, the days when I had a whole room as a studio:P

  28. Awesome work desk. I need to check into borrowing a cinch. I have a binder but usually just use rings on my chipboard books.
