Meet Our New Girls

Can't believe its been over a year since we first got some chooks, sadly we lost a couple, so we decided to get some more - well 8 more to be exact! We picked the girls up today, all ex bats but surprisingly in quite good condition. Here they are.........

AJ and Leaky - sticking together like glue

Havent got a picture of Beatrice yet, she is too shy to come out from behind the coop - but she will

Our old girls are a little unsure ATM and making lots of noise - no fighting yet though! Already had one egg laid, but sadly the chicken broke it - not uncommon behaviour as they have never seen their eggs before! Didn't have that happen with the last girls, so must go google and see what I can do about it !
