Someday, the altered art you make today will be
old, faded, falling apart, and someone else will salvage the bits and use them
in new altered art. It's the best that any piece of art can hope for

Meet Ogden...

Told ya I would spend yesterday making art to keep my mind occupied whilst I was worrying about my poor dog. Well I did, so say hello to Ogden the Octopus who has attached himself to my altered bottle.

bet you have never seen a Steampunk Octopus before?? well actually you might if you have ever come across the extremely talented polymer clay artist Christi Friesen as this is heavily inspired by her and a project in her wonderful Steampunkery book

I found a few of these printer heady thingymebobs at a car boot sale a while ago, knew they would come in handy for something... well it did as Ogdens head

Thank you for all your good wishes re Marzie, she has damaged her leg very badly and is in surgery as I write this - best go and make some more Art cos all I am doing is mooching around

Thanks for looking xx

*** Marzie update **** just heard from the vet and he is very pleased how her op went, a long journey ahead of us but things are looking as positive as they can be :-)
